What are the costs of enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry?
Enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry does not cost anything at the moment. However, you must have an already registered trademark to be eligible for a brand registration application.
The cost of registering a trademark in Poland in 2022 is as follows:
- submission: fee for a trademark registration in one class of goods is 450 PLN (400 PLN if applying electronically); the submission fee for each consecutive class of goods – 120 PLN.
- protection: a fee for a 10-year protection period for one class of goods is 400 PLN; fee for a document confirming the granted protection right will cost you 90 PLN.
